By creating a campaign, selecting a plan and clicking the consent checkbox/button on the website, the Campaigner/User agrees and confirms that all information, documents, campaign details, photographs, videos and materials submitted are true, accurate and authentic and do not violate any third-party rights including copyright, trademark, privacy or intellectual property rights.

The Campaigner/User understands and agrees that:
- A flat 3.22% payment gateway processing charge shall be deducted from all donations/contributions received.
- Applicable GST shall be charged additionally on the selected service fee plan and payment gateway charges.
- Together We Care is authorized to deduct the applicable service fee, payment gateway charges and GST before processing the final transferable amount.
- Together We Care reserves the right to verify, review, reject, suspend or remove any campaign in case any information is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent or legally non-compliant.
- The Campaigner/User shall not misuse the platform for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purposes.
- Together We Care shall not be liable for failure of donations, technical interruptions, third-party payment gateway issues or delays caused due to verification or legal compliance requirements.
- All creative works, campaign materials, promotional content, photographs, videos, testimonials and related materials generated or used in relation to the campaign may be used by Together We Care for promotional, awareness, digital marketing and platform-related purposes.
- The Campaigner/User shall not misuse, reproduce or commercially exploit the materials independently without written consent from Together We Care.
- Together We Care does not guarantee publicity, reach, followers, engagement, business growth or commercial benefit from the campaign.
- Together We Care shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the campaign.
- Clicking the checkbox/button shall constitute valid electronic consent and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions under applicable laws.
